Applications:

In the polyurethane industry, BDMA is a catalyst for polyester-based polyurethane flexible foams, polyurethane rigid foams for refrigerators, polyurethane panels, and adhesives and coatings. It is mainly used in rigid foams, providing good initial flowability and uniform cell structure to the polyurethane foam, and ensuring good adhesion between the foam and the substrate.

In epoxy resins, N,N-dimethylbenzylamine is mainly used as an accelerator for anhydrides, at a concentration of 1%. In organic synthesis, it is mainly used as a catalyst for dehydrohalogenation in organic pharmaceuticals, as a corrosion inhibitor, and as an acid neutralizer. It is also used in the synthesis of quaternary ammonium salts and in the production of cationic surfactants and powerful bactericides.

Storage:

It is recommended to store N,N-dimethylbenzylamine in a dry and cool area with adequate ventilation. After opening the original packaging, please tighten the lid as soon as possible to prevent moisture and other substances from mixing in and affecting product performance.
