(1) HDI Adducts: The CAS number for HDI-TMP adduct is 50886-64-1.

(2) HDI Urethane: Takenate D-178N from Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. (Japan) is an HDI urethane product (i.e., urethane-modified HDI). It is a low-viscosity, light yellow liquid, solvent-free, with an NCO content of 19.2%, a viscosity (25℃) of approximately 120 mPa·s, and a Gardner color <1. As a non-yellowing crosslinking agent, it has good compatibility with acrylic resins and low-polarity solvents.

(3) H6XDI Trimer: Takenate D-127N from Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. (Japan) is an H6XDI trimer product. It is a low-viscosity, light yellow solution with a solid content of 75%, ethyl acetate as the solvent, an NCO content of 13.5%, a viscosity (25℃) of approximately 40 mPa·s, and a Gardner color <1. As a non-yellowing crosslinking agent, its compatibility with acrylic resins is better than that of the H6XDI adduct (company product code Takenate D-120N).

(4) XDI Adduct: Takenate D-110N from Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. (Japan) is an XDI adduct product. It is a light yellow solution with a solid content of 75%, ethyl acetate as the solvent, an NCO content of approximately 11.5%, a viscosity (25℃) of approximately 500 mPa·s, a relative density (25℃) of 1.15, and a Gardner color <1. It has high reactivity and, as a non-yellowing crosslinking agent, allows for fast drying of coatings and has good adhesion to rubber and plastics. (5) H6XDI Adduct: Takenate D-120N from Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. (Japan) is an H6XDI adduct product, a light yellow viscous solution with a solid content of 75%. The solvent is ethyl acetate, the NCO mass fraction is approximately 11.0%, the viscosity (25℃) is approximately 2000 mPa·s, the relative density (25℃) is 1.08, and the color (Gardner) is <1. It has high reactivity and acts as a non-yellowing crosslinking agent, enabling fast drying of polyurethane coatings and providing good adhesion to rubber and plastics.

(6) IPDI Adduct: Takenate D-140N from Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. (Japan) is an IPDI adduct product, a light yellow viscous solution with a solid content of 75%. The solvent is ethyl acetate, the NCO mass fraction is approximately 10.5%, the viscosity (25℃) is approximately 2500 mPa·s, the relative density (25℃) is 1.06, and the color (Gardner) is <1. It is a fast-drying, non-yellowing crosslinking agent that produces a harder coating film.

(7) HDI Prepolymer: Duranate D-101 and Duranate D-201 from Asahi Kasei Chemicals Corporation (Japan) are HDI difunctional prepolymers. Duranate D-101 is a low-viscosity product with an NCO content of 19.7% and a viscosity (25℃) of approximately 600 mPa·s; Duranate D-201 is a product with better heat resistance, an NCO content of 15.8%, and a viscosity (25℃) of approximately 1850 mPa·s.
